Magdalene Women became a 501 (c) (3) after personally funding two theater productions and the financial costs exceeding the rewards even though both shows were tremendously successful, selling out venues and receiving great press.

I believe in theater. I see the arts and particularly live performance as much needed medicine for the planet. In indigenous cultures storytellers are considered shamans whose voices and words serve to bring visions from the spirit to the physical world, healing the community. My current production in progress is a screenplay about a 13-year-old young woman’s heroic journey to reclaim the Goddess.
